Operator-reviewed autonomous engineering

Agents draft the code.
A human reviews every diff.

Fabrik is a small workforce of coding agents that turn tickets into pull requests. Every diff is read by an operator before it reaches your repository. Fixed monthly price. Capped hours. No auto-merge.

01 — How it works

Ticket in, pull request out.

  1. 01

    Agent reads the ticket

Jira, GitHub Issues, GitLab — whichever your team uses. The agent picks up the requirement, plans an approach, and writes the code.

  2. 02

    Quality gate runs

Tests, lint, typecheck, build — in a clean container against your repository's actual stack. If the gate fails, the agent retries.

  3. 03

    Operator reviews the diff

A human reads every line, runs the change locally if needed, and decides to submit or discard. Accountability sits with the operator.

  4. 04

    You merge

The pull request lands in your repo for normal review. Merge is yours. We don't push to your branches.

02 — What it handles

A narrow band, done well.

Bug fixes. Small to medium features. Refactors with clear scope. Test coverage. Dependency updates. Code cleanup. Tickets where the answer is in the codebase, not in someone's head.

Not for: greenfield architecture, large migrations, security-critical changes, or ambiguous product decisions. Those need a human with context.

03 — The model

Fixed price. Capped hours. Made in Germany.

  • One agent per customer

Each agent runs on a dedicated stack with its own credentials, its own audit log, and its own ticket queue. No shared multitenancy.

  • Fixed monthly fee

No per-seat counting, no per-token pricing. A capped delivery quota sits on top, so cost can't run away.

  • No auto-merge, ever

Operator review is the model, not a feature. Every pull request is read by a human before it reaches your repository.

  • Data stays in Germany

Operational data is encrypted at rest and hosted in the EU. Exportable any time, deletable on offboarding.
